How long does it take to get started?

Do I need to give you my social login credentials?
Never. We work only with public data and content fingerprints. Guarvian never requires or uses your credentials.
Does Guarvian support 2FA?
Yes — TOTP via Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy. Enable from account settings.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. You confirm via email; personal data is wiped within 30 days. Tax/accounting records are retained up to 10 years per legal obligation.
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period. No hidden costs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay — all processed by Stripe. We never see or store card data.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, automatic invoicing per payment. Download from Dashboard → Subscription. Usable for both personal and agency accounting.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get an email notification and a grace period to update your method. If it keeps failing, the account is downgraded to basic or temporarily frozen.

How does the DMCA process work?
Six phases: (1) pick leaks in the dashboard; (2) create a request — we auto-group by domain; (3) we find recipients (abuse email, hosting, WHOIS); (4) formal DMCA notice is sent; (5) Google de-indexing is filed in parallel; (6) status is tracked in the timeline until removal.
How long does actual removal take?
Google de-indexing: 24–72h. Fast providers: 24–48h. Slow providers: 7–14 days. A few non-compliant providers may require direct legal action.
What is de-indexing vs DMCA?
De-indexing hides content from Google results — fast and almost always effective. DMCA targets actual removal from the hosting site. We run both in parallel so you always get at least one layer of protection.
Does Guarvian handle Google reporting?
Yes, the official Google DMCA form is filed automatically for every request. Removal status is tracked separately in the dashboard.
Can removed content reappear?
Yes, leakers reupload to new mirrors. Continuous monitoring detects re-uploads automatically and re-fires a takedown without your intervention.

Which platforms do you monitor?
Google & search engines, leak aggregator sites, file hosts (MEGA, GoFile, WeTransfer), public Telegram channels, and the Meawfy.com index. Paywalled or private content is never accessed.
Are searches automatic or manual?
Both. Automatic scans run every 24/48/72h depending on your plan. You can also trigger manual searches from the dashboard for immediate checks.
Does it work on old content already online?
Yes. We analyze both newly uploaded and historical material, helping you clean up past leaks over time.
How is match accuracy determined?
An algorithm compares titles and descriptions of found content against your keywords, assigning a match score 0–100%. Only results ≥ 85% match show up.

How does Telegram monitoring work?
Ultimate plan only. We scrape a curated list of public channels known for sharing unauthorized content, full-text search messages, and extract thumbnails only.
Do you read my private chats?
Absolutely not. We only monitor public channels, accessible to anyone. Private messages or closed groups are never touched.
Can I remove content from Telegram?
We submit takedowns but Telegram's compliance with DMCA is inconsistent. We complement with Google de-indexing of any mirror links and hosting takedowns where possible.

What do you find in file hosts?
Compressed archives (.zip, .rar), complete photo/video collections, and single files on MEGA, GoFile, WeTransfer. These are the most damaging leak sources.
Do you download the files?
No — only URLs, metadata and thumbnails (≤200KB). Complete media are never downloaded or re-hosted by us.
Can you remove files from MEGA?
Yes — DMCA requests are sent to the file host. In parallel, we de-index the distribution pages that link to the file.

How many can I add?

Tips for configuring keywords?
Add username variants (with/without underscores, dots); include both stage name and real name if publicly known; add common misspellings; group by social profile.

How is my data protected?
HTTPS (TLS 1.3) for all traffic, AES-256 at rest, bcrypt-hashed passwords with unique salt, Row-Level Security so no tenant can read another's data.
Is Guarvian GDPR compliant?
Yes — Privacy by Design. Legal bases: contract for service data, consent for marketing/cookies, legitimate interest for fraud prevention.
What are my rights?
Access (JSON export), rectification from dashboard, full deletion within 30 days ("right to be forgotten"), portability, opposition to marketing.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase PostgreSQL with primary servers in the EU, encrypted backups in the USA under EU standard contractual clauses. All sub-processors are GDPR compliant with signed DPAs.

Is Guarvian liable for found content?
No. Guarvian functions as a specialized search engine that indexes public content — we don't host, create or modify it. Responsibility stays with the hosting sites, same as with Google.
Is automated crawling legal?
Yes, within limits. We respect robots.txt, never bypass paywalls or auth, and stay within each site's technical rate limits. Public crawling is established law.
Is DMCA valid outside the US?
Although US law, DMCA is a de-facto global standard and most international providers respond to DMCA notices. A few jurisdictions (BG, RU, CN) are less compliant.

My dashboard is showing 0 leaks — normal?
Initial scan can take up to 48h on the Essential plan. If 72h have passed with no results, check your keyword configuration under Settings → Stage Names.
A takedown has been "pending" for 10+ days
Slow providers can take up to 14 days. If it's beyond that, open a ticket and our team will escalate via secondary contacts (hosting, registrar).
I see a false positive — what do I do?
Mark the result as "False positive" from the leak card. It's excluded from future DMCA actions and improves the matching model.
